Please use this form to submit multiple student entries or a single entry.

By submitting this form, you grant to Embracing Our Differences and its assigns an irrevocable license to use your student’s art as well as your name, school, your student’s name and grade for exhibit, educational and promotional purposes.

  • Please provide art and student information for each submissions. Use the plus and minus icons to add and remove submission information.

    Additionally, please include all artist statements in a single word document and include this file with your upload.

How to Zip (compress) a file:

  1. Locate the file or folder that you want to zip.
  2. Right-click the file or folder, select Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder.

    A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location. To rename it, right-click the folder, select Rename, and then type the new name.

How to submit artwork:

  1. Scan your artwork.

    When scanning artwork, make sure to select 300dpi or more. Artwork less than 300dpi will not be accepted. Save your scanned artwork as PDF, TIF, PNG or JPG.

  2. Prepare your files:

    Label each artwork with the student's last name and the title of the artwork.

  3. Organize and zip your files:

    Add your artwork to a single file and compress (zip) the file.

  4. Complete the form

    Enter your information, your school information and student artwork.
